The lockers for the municipality of Utrecht are specially designed for their employees. They are used to lock their personal properties and their laptops/ tablets for work.

The locker is opened with personal badge which is also used to access the building. For facilities department the software is completely custom-made so they can fully manage their lockers.

The software gives insight in locker use or abuse and lets you import/export users, log information and more. This works very well for a flexible working environment. In emergency situations, the facilities department can use their master-badge, or in extreme cases like power outage, use their physical masterkey to open lockers. This means they are always in control and independent from external support.
